2. We begin investigation after a £120 prepayment.
3. In most cases we identify and fix the issue within the initial scope.
4. If we discover a larger underlying problem, we will explain it and provide a separate quote before doing any additional work.
5. If you decide not to proceed with the additional work, we will restore access and close the case. No further charges will apply.
