Basic fee
Our standard support plan costs £115 per month and covers most small business websites. In rare cases (very large or highly customised websites) we may need to review the price before starting.
Priority support fee
Standard support includes a response within 1 business day. If your website is business-critical, you can add priority support with a 24/7 1-hour response time (+£390/month).
Do you need a priority support?
Content management fee
Your support plan can include regular help with website changes such as updating text, replacing images, adding staff members or publishing simple pages.
Choose how many hours of ongoing help you would like us to reserve for your website each month.
* The selected allowance is reserved for you each month so you can request changes whenever needed.
** Unused allowance does not roll over to the next month.
*** Larger updates or redesign work can be quoted separately.
